Nam Tan Uyen IP is established on 24 October 2005 for a 50 year operation in according to Decision No.5297/QD-UBND of Binh Duong People’s Committee dated on 24/10/2005; Decision No.2169/QD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction dated on 22/11/2005; Decree No.36/CP of the Prime Minister dated on 24/04/1997 applied to the Industrial Park, Export Processing and High Technological Zones, where Tenants will be offered with a reliable and comprehensive infrastructure, the prepared industrial land parcels, the standardized built factory houses at low prices, etc to ensure having smooth operations for a short term or a long term within a fifty year period of leasing by Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park via developing its own fresh water supply, electronic power plant and sewerage treatment plant, and telecommunications, counting from the industrial park’s initiation in 2005.

Recently, Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Corporation has been approved for expanding the Nam Tan Uyen IP with the extra area of 300 ha located at a conjunction of Hoi Nghia Commune – Uyen Hung Down-Town, Binh Duong Province in according to the official letter No. 1285/TTg-KTN dated on 29 July 2009 by Prime Minister. This is the legal basic for Nam Tan Uyen Joint Stock Corporation to prepare the following steps to receive the potential investors in the early year of 2010.
