On 11th December, the trade - center service complex (The Pegasus Plaza) in Bien Hoa (Dong Nai) was inaugurated and put into use. The Pegasus Plaza is the largest complex in Bien Hoa city, was built on an area of 4.600m2 with floor area of 62.000m2, 20-storey tower, 86m height consisting of three subdivisions (center - commerce services, office buildings and apartments).

According to Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai, Chairman of People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, The Pegasus Plaza is the commercial complex, service apartments, the first of Dong Nai province in the country as foreign owner from design, construction and supervision. This is also the first work of Dong Nai by a Japanese company operating. Tokyo Okamura Corporation will manage and supervise The Pegasus Plaza.
